The official hashtag for the Greek Innovation Lab 4 Women. GIL4W is established in a collaborative and participatory way where the key target groups and the general public together co-create the vision, mission, guiding principles and the four pillars (Connect, Collaborate, Grow and Impact) and shape the core activities and impact of the Innovation Lab. The model for GIL4W is built on a combination of approaches: Norwegian Model of Innovation Clusters and Centers, extensive context research, survey and analysis of the needs of the target group, stakeholders mapping, deep interviews, linking to EIC, EU Green Deal , Digital Investment Plan for Europe, EU Labs-Fabs-Apps, EU Post-Covid Recovery Plan, incorporation of the UN Women ́s Innovation Strategy aimed at removing the barriers to women and girl’s advancement in innovation, technology and entrepreneurship and incorporating the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals.

EMERGE is an EU Erasmus+ project bringing together project partners and experts from Poland, Denmark, Norway, Turkey and Ireland. This project aims to increase the number of female entrepreneurs in engineering by transforming their access to and the quality of the training they receive from Entrepreneurship, VET & HEI institutions.

Its the hashtag of a EU funded project that aims to understand the motivation and the skills most needed by the potential and new entrepreneurs of people 45+. The 45+ entrepreneurs have good knowledge of their sector and relevant expertise in their line of work, they lack, however, the specific skills and knowledge for starting-up and running a successful and sustainable business, so they need more exposure to entrepreneurship, they have the skills and experience to make a success of their new enterprise and, more importantly, this in combination with their maturity can reduce the risk of failure.
