Simple definition really I’m Mentally Ill and have No Shame Whatsoever about that fact

If we want things to actually change it means we have to stop just moaning about things and get the change we want and actually get involved

Sometimes when fighting mental health issues you have to learn to pick the battles you have a chance of winning and realise the battles that you have no chance of winning.
