The name of my blog http://*** that I use when highlighting my dedication to my chosen sport. I cycle and run mainly but it is applicable to anybody putting in the time and effort to train day in and day out for their chosen sport. Don't just have an interest in sport that you only participate when you can be bothered, dedic8 yourself to the task, make no excuses and work hard, even if the goal of your sport or exercise is just to lose weight.
