The USA, UK, and its NATO allies brought about the downfall of CCCP and successfully ended the Cold War in 1991. Thus the West won in 1991 (west1in91). The aggression of #VladtheMad in invading the Ukraine, Georgia, and violating international norms will lead to the West again defeating a belligerent Russian and thus prevent CCCP2.0. The nascent Cold War 2.0 will also be won by the West in 2015 (#west1in91and2015)
