In so far as: 1)An Amendment to the Constitution imposing Term Limits does not currently exist 2)Our Elected Representatives Refuse to adhere to the will of their constituents and pass laws for us that they don't have to live by 3)States and individuals have no power to recall US Federal Representatives as they represent "the nation"

This is a proposal to launch a State-by-State Campaign to impose Term Limits on US Senators and Congressional Representatives by Refusing to Re-Elect when they ignore the will of their constituents.
