Ken Corday is the Executive Producer of NBC's daytime soap opera The Days of Our Lives. Fans (especially those of the #ejami fanbase) created this tag to register their dissatisfaction with the show's overall quality and Corday's stated desire to make fans so angry they will "throw sandwiches at their TVs." The hashtag is used both ironically - by attributing all problems large and small to Corday's incompetence - and literally to comment on the show's ills. All these things are deemed to be Corday's fault.
