The Food Processing Center (FPC) is a multi-disciplinary resource established in 1983 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln which offers both technical and business development. This combination enables us to meet the needs of our diverse clients including manufacturers, entrepreneurs, suppliers, distributors, associations, retailers and food service providers. The FPC helps its clients reach their goals through: training workshops, technical support and research development, product and process development and analytical assistance, microbial testing services, helping formulate clear business visions, providing opportunities to save money, fast track projects, and create prototypes and sales samples
