The welsh word for entrepreneurship. literally translated it means 'the love of enterprise'. Adopted by the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership at Swansea University as its motto Mentergarwch embodies the welsh passion for hard work and achievement in one word.

The official hashtag of the Wales International Festival of Entrepreneurship. www.entrepreneurshipwales.org.uk Coordinated by the team at the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (#IfELswansea) at Swansea University, but contributed to by hundreds of organisations around Wales that support the growth of the small and medium size enterprise economy.
