One of the meanings is For the Police. It could be praise or condemnation for a law enforcement officer. When it's about police brutality, Fix the Police, Film the Police, or some other F word might be intended. If it says, Occupy #FTP, it's never praise. Another definition is For the People. When this is the intended meaning, the hashtag is useless in my opinion. After all, no one is likely to search for the tweet using that meaning.
