Interested persons can come out and be a part of a support group that walks/runs 5 Kilometers every Sunday morning at 7 am starting at 209 walkers rd. This challenge is a means to promote exercise as well as good living and eating habits. It also provide an environment for persons to fellowship and find support as individuals work through their personal health goals. This is an open group and all are welcome.
