Single seeds, or a multiple of seeds, are pre-sown into biodegradable tissue. Seed tapes are designed to make 'grow your own' even easier with rows of evenly spaced seeds. There is no need to worry about handling seed or thinning. Simply create a drill (shallow groove) in the soil where the vegetables or flowers are to grow, lay the tape, cover with soil and water.
