The Women’s Boat to Gaza is aproaching Gaza (if it's not intercepted by israeli army) to denounce and break the illegal and inhumane blockade imposed by Israel on the Gaza Strip for the last decade. The boat is carrying aboard prominent women from all around the world, including Nobel Peace laureate Mairead Maguire and Marama Davidson, among others. On 5th october the sailing vessel Zaytouna-Oliva should arrive to Gaza and breake the siege. They can be boarded by the israelí army (as Israel anounced last weekend), like years before. If the Freedom Flotilla is intercepted by the Israelian navy, violating international and maritime law, it will be with the complicity and silence of the governments supporting the illegal blockade. Protests against the Israelian attack to an humanitarian flotilla will be all around the world at 7p.m.(UTC/GMT +2)

On September 14th the Women’s Boat to Gaza Flotilla will depart from Barcelona to challenge the illegal and inhuman blockade imposed by Israel on the Gaza Strip for the last decade. From September 12th to 14th the sailing vessels Amal (Hope) and Zaytouna (Olive) will dock at Bosch i Alsina in the Port of Barcelona, where various events (concerts, public talks, workshops, shows and visits to the boats) will take place as farewell for the Freedom Flotilla. Women’s Boat to Gaza will carry the voices of women from all over the world in solidarity with Palestinian women, who are an example to us all in their resistance and struggle against the Israeli occupation and blockade.
