Referring to transhuman jurisprudence, i.e., referring to problems of the law as a social institution in its relationship to the transhuman cultural, political, social, ideological, ethical, scientific, and potentially criminal paradigm. As such, transhuman jurisprudence necessarily encompasses the relationship of the law to emergent technologies that support and foster the transhuman paradigm, such as: artificial intelligence, neurotechnology, genetic engineering, synthetic biology and nanotechnology.
