For my next book I am considering tackling the subject of AMBIGUITY. Specifically how ambiguity manifests itself and is managed, primarily (but not solely) in an IT context. For example, Matrix Management could be a natural source of ambiguity. In addition to existing academic material and research, I am keen to take input from people who live and work with ambiguity. So, do you have examples of ambiguity in your work life? Have you dealt with ambiguity ? and how? Have you failed to deal with ambiguity ? and why? Have you seen the impact of ambiguity, good or bad?
