Any person who takes personal responsibility, swears an oath or takes a pledge to defend and uphold America's founding tenets as set forth in our Declaration of Independence and in our Constitution, and follows through on unwaveringly, uncompromisingly, without distortions, modifications or omissions of the same. Individuals who take oaths, swear on bibles, make pledges, etc., yet do not fully commit or adhere to their oaths and pledges, are not considered defenders because their actions or inactions compromise the security of our nation while simultaneously betraying the people's trust and infringing on the people's God-given rights, independence and Constitutional protections.

Tribyoot indicates dedication to these fundamental American principles, ideals, traditions and beliefs. Our nation?s rich history is our nation's best guide. Our military's role in America?s past, present and future is enduring and inseparable. Appreciation for defense of our nation, our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution is essential. National pride and patriotism are essential. Exceptional individuals, ideas and accomplishments have made and continue to make America exceptional. Our military service men and women are exceptional and deserve the best. Each American civilian should take a stake in our nation and in the lives of those who put their lives on the line in our country?s service and defense. Each American civilian should commit to ensuring that our Veterans, Troops and their families receive recognition, respect, appreciation and support worthy of their service. American service men and women and their families should never be marginalized or taken for granted, and their service to our nation should never be in vain. As Americans, our number one priority is preservation of national and individual sovereignty, liberty and mercy in our land as provided by our our Declaration of Independence, national and state constitutions.
